Sour cherry, herbaceous with a touch of tobacco leaf.
FLAVOUR
Medium bodied, varietal flavours with dusty tannins of Tempranillo, flavours of plum and cherry, with attractive balanced, textural palate. The oak is quite charry, but sits well.
Cellaring
Cellar for the short term.
FOOD
Pairs beautifully with pizza, rustic pasta and of course suits tapas and paella perfectly, Ole’.
