From well established, low yielding vines which have produced a wine with great balance, length and fruit intensity.

COLOUR

Dark ruby red in colour.

AROMA

Savoury, earthy aromas, blackberry aromas with dark olive and mulberry.

FLAVOUR

Full bodied wine with chew tannins and good fruit showing. A real savouriness with coffee, leather and earthiness.

CELLARING

Showing a bit of age, but still fresh, with another five years in bottle.

FOOD

Roast duck breast & asian greens would compliment this wine perfectly.
